The game

Two sides, a map of seventy by fifty tiles, and each side plays all its units before passing the turn. Each unit has action points to move and shoot; terrain, cover, weather and time of day decide the rest. Destroy the enemy army or hold four of the five victory points.

21 units

Infantry, snipers, tanks, guns, mortars, helicopters, drones, jammers, tow trucks… each has its role and its weaknesses.

9 buildings

Barracks, factory, heliport, hospital, workshop, refinery, powder mill… Your engineers build them in the field, along with bridges, roads, trenches and bunkers.

Buildings and engineering

Logistics

Ammo and fuel run out. Without supply trucks, the best tank in the world is just a motionless wreck.

The art of supply

Seasons and night

Spring mud, rivers in flood, autumn rain, frozen rivers in winter; night shortens sight and tires the infantry.

Seasons and time

42 missions

Twelve tutorial missions to learn everything, then thirty operations: sabotage, siege, ambush, airlift, exfiltration…

And also

Fog of war, AI with three levels, games on a local network or online, map editor, gamepad, eleven languages and five music styles.

The settings

A general like no other

General Clumsy rallies his troops: within five tiles of him, they fire twice per turn and gain a point of cover. But his clumsiness is legendary — the second shot can sometimes wound the shooter himself.

When he fires himself, it gets worse: one bullet in four goes wide, into his own foot or into one of his soldiers. He always has an excuse ready: “Warning shot! Totally on purpose.”

Losing him does not always cost the game, but some missions end at once if he falls. Keep him near the front… without exposing him too much.
