Two sides, a map of seventy by fifty tiles, and each side plays all its units before passing the turn. Each unit has action points to move and shoot; terrain, cover, weather and time of day decide the rest. Destroy the enemy army or hold four of the five victory points.

The settingsGeneral Clumsy rallies his troops: within five tiles of him, they fire twice per turn and gain a point of cover. But his clumsiness is legendary — the second shot can sometimes wound the shooter himself.
When he fires himself, it gets worse: one bullet in four goes wide, into his own foot or into one of his soldiers. He always has an excuse ready: “Warning shot! Totally on purpose.”
Losing him does not always cost the game, but some missions end at once if he falls. Keep him near the front… without exposing him too much.

Pistol: two shots per turn. Clumsy, but irreplaceable.
